How do I place a cancellation request to Vaanvi?

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly call us at +91-8853223786 or drop us an email at support@vaanvi.com. Your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours. (If not dispatched)

I paid with cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

We’ll send you the money via UPI/IMPS/Bank Transfer. We can also send you Vaanvi gift cards that you can redeem at vaanvi.com

How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?

We take anywhere between 5-7 working days to complete your refund request.

If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

Yes, we’ll replace it for free.

Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if there is any manufacturing defect with the product, you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by contacting our customer care team.

What is Vaanvi’s Return Policy?

Vaanvi gives you the option to replace and/or return the products bought at Vaanvi website within 7 days of the delivery of the order.

We accept COD, debit or credit cards, UPI, Net banking, and Vaanvi gift cards.
